The problem

Farm fires are one of the greatest hazards to the lives of farmers, workers and livestock globally. Harvester fires can not only damage or destroy machinery but can also cause considerable financial loss as a damage to surrounding crops and properties and endanger life. Statistics reveal that the cost of farm fire claims rose by an alarming 26% (NFU Mutual, 2016)

On average annually 7% of harvesters will start a fire. Of these, one in ten will cause significant damage to the machine or surrounding crop. (Kondidin Group Research, 2017)

In case of a hazard fire services response time can go up to 20-30 minutes especially at rural areas.

Our solution

FIELDS FIREMAN can provide 24/7 on fields available fire suppression system. Extinguisher can reach the fire in 1-2 mins. Machine has 650 liters tank and 20 meters long hose and provides water at the right water pressure for 16 minutes. It can be easily adopted to any tractors.

The fire extinguisher can be used from spring to autumn:

• to wash the machines before leaving the field to remove the mud,
• to balance the tractor with extra front weight of 1200 kg.
